Política de Privacidad y Uso de Etixen
El titular de los datos personales tiene la facultad de ejercer el derecho de acceso a los mismos en forma gratuita a intervalos no inferiores a seis meses, salvo que se acredite un interés legítimo al efecto conforme lo establecido en el artículo 14, inciso 3 de la Ley Nº 25.326. La DIRECCION NACIONAL DE PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES, Órgano de Control de la Ley Nº 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que se interpongan con relación al cumplimiento de las normas sobre protección de datos personales. La ley 25.326 tiene por objeto la protección integral de los datos personales asentados en archivos, registros, bancos de datos, u otros medios técnicos de tratamiento de datos, sean éstos públicos, o privados destinados a dar informes, para garantizar el derecho al honor y a la intimidad de las personas, así como también el acceso a la información que sobre las mismas se registre, de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 43, párrafo tercero de la Constitución Nacional.
- Reserva: Etixen se reserva el derecho de modificar la presente Política de Privacidad para encuadrarla en nuevos requerimientos legislativos, jurisprudenciales, técnicos o todos aquellos que le permitan brindar mejores servicios y contenidos.
- Aplicación de este documento: La presente Política de Privacidad se aplica sólo a este sitio, www.etixen.com, desde ahora “el Sitio”, no así a los sitios de terceros a los que usted acceda por medio de links. Etixen le sugiere que en estos casos se informe acerca de la política adoptada en cada uno de esos sitios.
- Recolección de datos: Etixen no almacenará o recolectará información personal del usuario por medio delsitio sin su consentimiento o autorización previos. De este modo, únicamente obtendremos la información personal que usted desee proporcionarnos, por ejemplo, al ponerse en contacto con nosotros vía correo electrónico o registrarse para obtener determinados servicios. - Ley aplicable y competencia: Cualquier controversia judicial ó extrajudicial a que de lugar la aplicación o interpretación de esta Política de Privacidad, se rige por las leyes de la República Argentina, con exclusión de las normas de derecho internacional privado y para entender en ella es competente la Justicia Ordinaria de la Ciudad de Buenos aires. Asimismo, la nulidad de una disposición de este documento de Política de Privacidad y Uso, no generará la nulidad de todo el texto, sino solamente de la disposición cuestionada.
