Goodbye 2024, hello 2025!

This year flew by and we are more than ready to face the challenges and opportunities that 2025 will bring. However, we didn't want to say goodbye to this wonderful 2024 without a recap of the best Zoho and Google updates and Etixen's new achievements.


Top 3 best updates

1st place: Stop writing, better an audio - Google Workspace

Although it is not one of the latest updates, a few months ago Google delighted us with the possibility of sending and receiving audios within Google Chat. A new feature that undoubtedly improved communications.


We know that some subjects are difficult to deal with in writing because of their complexity in understanding, both for the person writing the message and for the person receiving it. What better than being able to send a voice memo that makes the subject clear?


In addition, attached with the audio, it sends you the transcript of the audio, in case you are in a meeting and cannot listen to it. 

2nd place: ZIA at your service - Zoho Desk


This year we witnessed the advances of artificial intelligence. Zoho was not left behind and incorporated it in several tools of the suite. It especially boosted the functionalities in Zoho Desk.

What is ZIA? It is the artificial intelligence developed by Zoho. It is designed to improve the productivity of customer support agents and optimize the customer experience by predicting values in key fields within tickets.

ZIA helps you resolve queries, automatically assign tickets to the most appropriate agents, and ensure that the right care is provided in the shortest possible time.

 
3rd place: Adaptive Audio - Google Meet

We have all shared a room with someone who is in the same Meet meeting as us but from their own computer and we know how difficult it is to listen to the rest of the participants and for them to hear us correctly due to the duplication of microphones and speakers in the same space. We all know how difficult it is to hear the other participants and for them to hear us correctly because of the duplicity of microphones and speakers in the same space.

Not anymore! Now Google detects the proximity between devices and joins speakers and microphones to give you a perfect audio experience, achieving a fluid communication between those who are sharing a physical place and those who are on the other side of the screen.

What did we achieve this year at Etixen?

Our goal this year was to continue bringing them useful tools that would help them face the challenges they were going through, being a link between companies and the most innovative technologies.

 

How did we do it?

Partnering with different products 😁.
At the beginning of this year we became product partners of Sibilaan omnichannel platform platform that helps you unify the queries that come in via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and SMS. Thanks to its integration with Zoho CRM, you can manage your interactions with leads, customers, assign them to different agents and record all types of conversations.

We also partnered with Zula, a cybersecurity training tool for personnel.. We know that this topic is of great interest to the IT team of each company, but nevertheless it usually has little reception in the rest of the areas. That is why Zula designed an interactive and gamification platform that keeps staff engaged in learning about this issue. In addition, it sends out fictitious phishing campaigns with templates of daily user tools to measure learning outcomes.

Last but not least, we can announce that Dmarcian has become a new ally. Dmarcian is in charge of analyze your domain and suggest improvements so that your emails don't fall into spam and you don't become a victim of phishing. In addition, it helps you to protect your domain by simplifying the implementation of DMARC, SPF and DKIM policies.
