CHALLENGE:
Data centralization and security
Their way of working was under "in house" services, with a mail server under the free version of Mdaemon software. Regarding documents, they used Microsoft Office tools. What problems did they have?

MatÃas tells us that with their email, they had problems with spam, identity theft and blacklisting. In terms of documentation, they faced the challenge of centralizing and sharing it in a more dynamic way. They also needed to generate confidence in the security of this data.

They needed a change and evolution in their work system to solve the difficulties in the way they were working. The requirement for the change came from the IT department, then it was driven by the Board of Directors to present it to Management. In the process, they also evaluated Office 365 but opted to hire G Suite licenses.Â

Expertizen carried out the implementation of the email and the tools that go with it, along with migrations and training so that all users know how to use them. In this way, they could work collaboratively, from anywhere and ensure data security.Â

How was the implementation and migration process?Â

Today, our technical team provides them with remote support. We help them mainly with issues related to the configuration of the administration console. In addition, we accompany and advise your team so that they can continue to evolve. In this 2020, we will accompany them in the migration of their console to Google Workspace.Â

MatÃas explains that the implementation before the pandemic allowed them to work literally from anywhere, it was the right time. He also says that the idea is to take more advantage of all the tools, for example, to exploit more the Chat service, Drive and the creation of forms.Â
