The Google team has added new features to Google Calendar that will make it easier for G Suite users to organize 200+ member events, without the hassle.
We will find a more intelligent dynamic when managing the contacts we have invited, as the list will be automatically updated every time we add a new guest by e-mail address or remove them from the group.
So, for example, if we add a new guest, the Google Calendar will send them an invitation to the event, even if they have already been sent to the rest of the group. It will update to adapt to any changes we make.
Another interesting option we will find is that we will be able to export attendance confirmation lists to spreadsheets. In this way, we will be able to easily visualize the number of attendees that our event will have according to the answers they have sent.
To update this information, we will have to manually repeat the entire dynamic, so that the Spreadsheet has the most recent data. A detail that we must not forget is that these functions are only available for large events, with more than 200 guests, and that have been created since August of this year.
According to the Google team, this update will be rolled out in the coming days.
