Manage reported content in Google Chat from the new moderation tool in the Administrator Console

The moderation tool can be accessed in the administration console by selecting Applications > Google Workspace > Moderation.

When you select a reported message, you will see a variety of information including conversation details and other message reports.

As part of this update, a dedicated tab for managing quarantined Gmail messages is also incorporated, providing a comprehensive experience for managing digital content.

Easily share Google Drive files with your Google Calendar meeting attendees

Since the introduction of the new sharing dialog in Google Drive, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations and Forms in 2020, several enhancements have been made to make sharing easier in Workspace. There will now be the option to share any file with all meeting participants directly from a Google Calendar invitation via the sharing dialog within the file.

If you want to link the file to the calendar invitation, you can select "Attach to calendar event" before clicking Send.

Starting today, Speaker Spotlight in Slides, an experience that allows presenters to embed their video directly into their Slides content, is now generally available for select editions of Google Workspace. With Speaker Spotlight, you can deliver your message with greater impact by embedding your Meet video directly into your Slides presentations.
