It is an intuitive tool, easy to use, but at the same time it is designed to deploy complex processes. As the company mentions, it is a way to put recurring tasks on autopilot without the need for programming.

Why did we join?

When they wrote to us on LinkedIn, the first advantage we found was their proximity. Being an Uruguayan company, they know better the language, the reality of Argentina and facilitate the work together for events, presentations and talks.

Once we got to know the tool, we understood that it fulfilled the characteristics we were always looking for: it is cloud, adaptable and scalable. Our team could learn, connect and integrate solutions.

Because of these and other advantages, we decided it would be a great tool to implement. And although this is not the first time we have worked with process management tools, we are looking to train 3 people from our technical team, so that they are specialists in the tool when it comes to providing solutions.

• Design your form: with the visual process modeler, you can define the fields to be completed at each step and assign visibility to each one based on user responses.
• Create your workflow: according to your needs, you can define the steps to be followed and the conditional paths to be applied. As the process gets underway, each task will be assigned to users automatically and generate notifications. Tasks include fields, comments and attachments. It is possible to reassign tasks, define due dates and take into account substitutions when a user is absent, so as not to delay the process.
• Analyze the data: the tool provides you with real-time statistics on processes, tasks (which tasks are delaying a process), users (distribution of tasks among users).
• Generate test environments: sandbox to test new processes to be implemented.
