Video marketing: integration with YouTube
You can now publish and schedule video content to YouTube channels directly from Zoho Social. You have the option to choose a custom video thumbnail.
It also responds in real time to each interaction. As for reports, it includes video performance and audience characteristics, metrics available from the same tool. No need for additional tools.

Content approvals and workflows
Work as a team in an agile way by setting up content approval processes. You can set up your own approval system to optimize your social media publishing routine. You have the option to assign team members as content approvers or as editors / contributors who can create and submit drafts for approval.

Incorporation of UTM parameters at the time of publishing
If you need to measure the source of each URL published, you can now define UTM parameters directly from Zoho Social, to get a breakdown of the engagement of each source in an analytics tool such as Google Analytics.

Share content more agilely
Beyond company-generated content, it is important to share content from other sources that is interesting to the community. As sharing may not be required at the time, Zoho Social now allows you to schedule retweets for a set date and time. This feature allows you to space out your posts and not spam the feed.
The RSS Feeds section has also been added. It is possible to select which feeds to follow and have their content available to share with your social media audience, publish or schedule for later. Discover, read and manage all your subscribed content from one place.

Leads from LinkedIn
LinkedIn Lead Ads helps promote targeted content to professionals through lead forms to collect contact information. With Zoho Social, it is possible to analyze prospect data and map it directly to Zoho CRM.

New media library
Zoho Social now includes a content repository for the team. It allows you to store content such as videos, images, GIFs, among others, for use at any time. Files can be added from a device or from integrated cloud services.
