Para darle una despedida final, recopilamos las mejores actualizaciones de Zoho y Google que cambiaron el día a día de sus usuarios. Google Workspace Suite
Google worked constantly throughout the year to provide the most complete Suite possible and make it easier to use for its users, making it more accessible and collaborative.
One of his major breakthroughs was the smart chipsThey can be used in several of their tools. What for? To unify information, tag managers, organize projects and much more.
On the other hand, throughout the year it improved the search for information in Google Drive, Chat and Gmail. Allowing you to use chips and keywords that segment the search and help you find what you were looking for as quickly as possible. Thanks for thinking of us Google!
Note: It is worth mentioning the new optimized interface of Google Workspace, allowing a more orderly and simple use.
Google Projects
To help us to be more organized and collaborative. Google launched updates such as timeline in Spreadsheets, smart chips, task assignment, tables with special elements in Google Docs, etc.
Then, together with Google Docs and Sheets you can keep track of a specific project in a team, coordinating tasks, Google Calendar meetings, updating the status of certain processes, tagging people, listing the tasks to be performed, and much more.
In addition, you can receive notifications when changes are made to Documents, allowing a perfect follow-up of each project.

To optimize communication to the maximum, we have been working on Google Chat spaces. Allowing you to get a summary of an extensive conversation within a space. This way you can work faster and facilitate the back and forth. In addition, you can assign or assign yourself tasks on a given conversation.
On the other hand, one of its latest launches was the feature. "Do not interrupt" which allows you to configure it at certain times either to disconnect from work after hours, to be able to concentrate on important projects without interruptions, or to take a break during the day.
¡Lluvia de emojis! Sin duda, fue el año de los emojis en Google. Ya sea en documentos de Google, correos y en conversaciones por chat pudimos agregar un poco de diversión a nuestros textos con algún emoticón, haciéndolos más empáticos e informales. Much more than a scheduled meeting in Calendar
¡Cuantos cambios! Google Meet y Calendar fueron los preferidos del 2022. Hubo tantas actualizaciones y funcionalidades nuevas que necesitaríamos realizar una novedad entera solo sobre estas herramientas. Pero no te preocupes, te lo resumimos 😉
As of last year, events and meetings on Google Meet have an attendance report, guest list to see who has not yet joined the meeting, anonymous Q&A to facilitate interaction at an event, meeting notes that can be accessed by all invitees (un excellent way to organize the topics to be discussed at the meeting) and finally, the possibility of presenting Google Slides from Google Meet, being able to manage the presentation from the meeting.
All these new elements, as well as the recordings, can now be automatically shared with co-hosts by configuring it in advance in the event from Calendar.
Lights, camera and action! Another great improvement was the visibility of the cameras, noise reduction in the microphones and, of course, the fun interactive effects.
Finally, Google kept thinking about us and gave us the "Concentration Time" feature in Calendar to be able to dedicate a certain time of the day to a project by automatically declining or not invitations to meetings. Great tip to make your day more productive!
Fast couriers
From Gmail you can create email templates and then reuse them on a recurring basis. Much faster and easier! On the other hand, you can collaborate with other users in Google Docs to create and send an email.

Improvements for administrators
Google has continued to optimize its Suite so that administrators are more and more in control of their organization, being able to customize and adapt configurations to suit their needs. It has also given them the necessary control so that they can maintain optimal security.

What happened to Zoho?
We can say that it was a great year for Zoho, achieving one of the most awaited integrations by users. WhatsApp and CRM!
The star update is clearly the integration with Whatsapp, not only in CRM but in Desk as well. Achieving a more dynamic back and forth with the customer and getting all the conversation history in one place.
This integration will notify you, via Sales Signals, when your business receives new messages, allow you to set up automated responses to frequently asked questions, and send documents, such as quotes, in a single click.
Spoiler alert: New updates are expected in 2023.

Marketing and Zoho
Zoho Social presented major updates by integrating with Tik Tok. In addition, allowing to schedule other formats such as Youtube Shorts, Reels and Stories. A before and after for Social Media teams!

Continuing with the Marketing area, Zoho Campaigns launched the "Topics" update allowing subscribers to choose which topics they are interested in receiving emails about. This way, it was possible to decrease the bounce rate and increase the CTR. A great advancement in the platform!
We leave for the last, a new Zoho product: Zoho Landing page. From the name alone, you can imagine what it's all about. Among the large suite of marketing applications, a crucial function that we all use was missing: landing pages, ideal for promoting specific campaigns.
With Zoho Landing Pages you can create landing pages in minutes, either using templates or with a custom design, thanks to its drag-and-drop interface.
It can also be easily included within your website, with the option to use a custom domain; or add the noindex meta tag with one click, to prevent the page from being indexed by search engines.
