Expertizen developed a new billing system for Mishka, using Big Data

The cloud consulting firm that develops and implements software for companies, implemented Zoho CRM for the women's apparel chain Mishka.

From now on, this will allow the company to have a better knowledge of its customers and to carry out loyalty actions. The project was carried out together with Daniel Olivera, an expert in apparel marketing. Expertizen worked with Big Data and Business Intelligence to develop a process that analyzes billing information, which allows the company to discover the consumption patterns of its customers and perform a series of automatic classifications. The system, in turn, contains a section for order tracking, which involves the head office, warehouses and stores, also making it easier to manage post-sales customer service.
