Poster (posterfilms.com) is a company dedicated to the production of commercials, audiovisuals for film, television and web. Throughout these 5 years we have produced more than 100 commercials, short films and music videos.

There were a few months in which our old hosting and email service provider kept suffering hacker attacks and losing the configuration of our site. The most critical moment came in the middle of a production with McDonalds. During the second week of production and with only a few days left to shoot, our emails stopped working, so the whole production had to be carried out through the personal accounts of all the participants. All these accounts were Gmail. It was at that moment that we realized and decided that Google Apps was the option for our company.

There were a few months that our old email service provider for Web hosting and email kept suffering repetitive service outages. The critical moment came in the middle of a production with our customer McDonalds. During the second week of production and filming our email stopped working for a few days. We decided to start using the personal email accounts for all participants. All these accounts were Gmail. At that time we realized that Google mail was the choice for our company.

Today our website, developed with Google Sites, is instantly updated, integrated to our Vimeo site, with perfect functioning, with a super intuitive and easy editing tool. And with a complete record of statistics thanks to Analytics. In addition, thanks to the integration of Google Apps and MailChimp, our campaigns have been very effective, even proving that we won a project thanks to one of our promotional mails.

Today our website is updated instantly, thanks to Google Sites integrated with our Vimeo site, with perfect performance, with an easy and intuitive tool for editing. And with a complete record of the statistics thanks to Google Analytics. Google Apps also works effectively with MailChimp for our promotional email campaigns.

However, our biggest benefit is internal. We use Drive a lot and since then the amount of material hosted on our personal computers has been greatly reduced, as well as the time to share things, we no longer need to pass them through the network or go around with pen drives carrying and bringing things back and forth. Our work is more productive, on time and with happy users and clients.

Nonetheless, our greatest benefit is internal. Throughout the use of Google Drive and Google Docs, we can share and collaborate using files and documents with ease, avoiding the fuss and risk of sharing using external devices like USB sticks and CDs. Our workflow is now much more productive, on schedule and with happy users and customers.
