It often happens that a budget is given to the recruiting team and they see the end results, but not the progress. This makes it difficult to improve processes.

How to analyze your recruitment funnel?

Zoho Recruit recently created a dashboard (Org Dashboard) that helps not only hiring managers, but recruiters as well.

The productivity dashboard presents a visual collection of data-driven metrics designed to inform how the recruiting funnel is performing. This includes data on applicants, hires, interviews, and active jobs (among others).

The data in the dashboard varies according to the user's profile in the organization..

• Recruiters: they will see a breakdown of metrics that tell them how their work is progressing.
• Hiring managers: can view the overall count of the organization with additional user-specific breakdowns.

In the HR version of Zoho Recruit you can see the breakdown according to departments.

Some panel components

• Active jobs: vacant positions that are still part of the recruitment pipeline (jobs that have at least one vacant position and are not blocked).
• Applicants: each candidate associated with a vacancy. You may have multiple applications for a single candidate, as their qualifications and value may vary with respect to the job for which they are being evaluated.
• Interviews (face-to-face or online interviews): include categories such as Completed, Cancelled and On Hold.
• Hiring: each candidate record that changes its status to Hired is counted as a hiring. This status can be manual, automatic or even via API.

What's new in Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit now allows you to create custom portals. Custom portals allow administrators to extend Recruit's access to their clients, contacts and candidates to keep the conversation flowing quickly. Some options for using portals are for employee referrals, onboarding, partner data collection (more information will be shared soon).
