To edit Office files on your computer
If you're using a Chromebook or the latest versions of the Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentations apps on your phone or tablet, you'll already be able to edit Office files.
If you are using a computer:

*Download the Chrome extension to edit Office files with Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations.
*In Google Drive, double-click on any Office file to start editing.
