Starting this week, Google Apps will incorporate the Google Calendar reminders to the web so you can keep track of your to-dos, along with your events. Just like on Android and iPhone, you will get the following:

  • Reminders stay: if a reminder is not completed, it will appear at the top of your calendar until you mark it as done.
  • Reminders work through Google: reminders that are created in the Inbox, Keep and Google applications are also displayed in Google Calendar.
  • Reminders are synchronized with your phone: reminders created on your smartphone are synchronized with the Web and vice versa. So you can keep track from anywhere.
Please note:

  • Reminders are private to the owner's calendar and no one else can see them, even if your calendar is shared with others.
  • Users who use Tasks (Google Task) will not be offered to use the reminders feature. But it can be activated from the menu in the task calendar.

With reminders next to your events on the Web, Android and iPhone, you now have a unique way to manage your day.
