What's new in Google Workspace? June - July
It has been proven that Google understands its users perfectly. That is why it constantly implements updates to meet our needs. In this new release, we share with you some of the new new features of the suite. We hope you find them useful!
Adaptive audio in Google Meet
This new feature in Google Meet allows multiple people in the same physical space to connect to the same meeting using different devices without audio problems, awkward echoes or audio feedback.
Google Meet now detects this proximity between computers and synchronizes microphones and speakers for a seamless audio experience, achieving seamless communication between those sharing a physical location and those on the other side of the screen.

Availability:
- Available for Google Workspace customers with Gemini Enterprise, Gemini Business, Gemini Education, Gemini Education Premium and the AI Meetings and Messaging add-on.
Emails in Google Chat
A new way to communicate: Sending emails in Google Chat.
When an administrator creates an email address for a spaceany member (or person within the domain with that address) can send or forward emails there. This allows teams to easily organize and review emails with people involved in the space. They will be displayed as interactive cards that show a snippet of the message in the corresponding space.

Availability:
- Available for all Google Workspace customers.
New view in Google Drive
In this new view you will be able to see recent activity within Drive in one place: pending access requests, recent comments and file approvals. What's the point? This functionality will allow you to trigger and manage permissions faster.
To access the new view you will have to enter from the left navigation pane within Drive.

Data organization in Google Sheets
We know that performing repetitive tasks such as updating data, maintaining structure and formatting can be difficult when there are several people updating the document.
This is why Google presents: Tables in Google Sheets.
Tables simplify and speed up spreadsheet creation by incorporating formatting and structure: they take care of organizing data including columns, filters, color coding, drop-down menus, among others.
