In addition, Google's suite of tools, which includes Docs, Sheets and Forms, among others, is essential for day-to-day operations. Google Drive is another vital tool, as it provides a centralized space for storing and sharing files, allowing quick and secure access to necessary information.

STRATEGY AND SOLUTION

47 Google Workspace Business Standard licenses were transferred to optimize operations within the company. This has allowed Tecro to benefit from a complete suite of productivity and collaboration tools, adapted to the needs of each team.

Currently, our technical team provides ongoing remote support to ensure that all users can take full advantage of Google Workspace capabilities. Primarily, we assist with issues related to the configuration and administration of the management console. This includes managing users, configuring security policies, and customizing tools to align with specific business needs.

We also accompany them in the migration of another console to unify it with the current one. This migration process is essential to ensure that there are no interruptions in the work and that all data are preserved and accessible in the new environment.

The migration process was simple, all the emails and files in Drive were migrated from one account to another. The migration was successfully completed after 48 hours.
