Employees around the world use Google Spreadsheets. As of today, any user whose language is set in English or one of the 21 supported languages, you will see the functions (Note that some specific functions will still only appear in English, even if the user's preferred language is supported).
Existing users will be given the option to keep their functions in English or display them in their preferred language. If they choose the latter, they can revert to English at any time by selecting Always use English function names under the Spreadsheet Settings in the File menu.
