Zoho has included new features in the social media management tool, Zoho Social.

One of the new features that social network managers will love is the enhanced Monitor:

1. Monitor in real time

All your monitoring columns will automatically show you the number of new messages in real time with an orange notification, right at the top.

Click on the notification to refresh the column and it will show you the most recent publications and specific updates.

2. Visualize Twitter conversations

The latest update to Zoho Social allows you to view conversations and see the original tweet that started it all. Viewing these messages will give you better context for each new message you want to post in response to a conversation.

You can participate immediately from within Zoho Social itself, retweet, quote, reply to the original tweet, or simply continue the thread by talking about something new and interesting.
